Surrounded by hardwoods and rhododendron and natural rock outcroppings, this cabin offers the perfect mountain hideaway. Snow, ice, high winds, and rapidly changing road conditions are common and should be expected when traveling to and from the property.brbrbrbrFor your safety and ease of travel, we strongly recommend arriving in a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle during winter months. Snow chains may also be necessary depending on conditions. Guests are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts, road conditions, and state travel advisories prior to departure and during travel.brbrbrbrWe strongly recommend planning your arrival for around 4:00 PM while daylight is still available. Mountain roads can become significantly more difficult to navigate after dark, especially during or after winter weather events.brbrbrbrWhile we make reasonable efforts to clear driveways and walkways, snow removal is not guaranteed, especially during active snowfall or severe weather conditions. Natural snowfall may accumulate faster than it can be safely cleared. Snow shovels are provided for guest use so you can clear additional accumulation to your preference.brbrbrbrMountain travel may be slower than expected, and road closures or delays can occur without notice. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in case of weather-related travel interruptions.brbrbrbrPlease note that winter weather, road conditions, flight cancellations, or travel delays are not valid reasons for refunds, date changes, or cancellations outside of the listing’s stated cancellation policy. By booking this property, you acknowledge the inherent risks of winter mountain travel and accept responsibility for arriving safely and prepared.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrThe home includes fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen.
