We recently made the dock more water accessible by lowering the height of the pilings.brWe have access to the community pool which just steps away. There is also a launch area for smaller power boats in the common area.brWhat a pleasure to bring multiple guests to EASTWIND! This house has a large open floor plan on the top level boasting a well equipped kitchen with an island, a spacious dining area, and a beautiful living room with fantastic views of the sound. Please note the fireplace is not a working fireplace. It is for decoration only. There is room to spread out as there are 3 common living areas...one on each floor. There is also a small loft area where you can get an even better view of the water. Multiple decks afford opportunities to enjoy spectacular sunsets and daily viewing of water birds and water sports enthusiasts. The top floor also has a master suite with an on-suite bathroom. In fact, all the 5 bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Please note that you must bring linens for a king, 3 queen, and 3 twin, plus a queen size hide a bed couch. All bedrooms have a TV.brWe also do not provide towels. Bring both bath and beach towels.brThere are 3 bedrooms with baths on on the 2nd level also.
