Lakeside Bliss: Serene Retreat on Lake Ontario, Near the Renowned Salmon River

Brandon Hicks was easy to communicate with. Place was very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Being that close to the water and watching the sunset sitting around the fire was so relaxing. When the weather is rainy, you still have a wonderful view setting around the dining room table.

The property was perfect for our needs and wants for our vacation.

This is an amazing place to stay. Spent Thanksgiving with my family here and can’t wait to return!

It's a lovely lakehouse! We (grandma, myself, my sister, her husband, and our two kids, 1 teen, 1 tween) had a great weekend. The view from the back porch is amazing- right on the water and you can see a gorgeous sunset. The swing was Grandma's favorite place. The weather was too windy for us to grill or have a fire, but there is a fire pit and grill that I imagine would be great to use. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking. We went to the state park beach as well as mini golf, ice cream, and go cars right nearby. Brandon was clear and helpful in communications. We would definitely come back.

Great house and great location with fantastic sunset views on Lake Ontario. House was well kept and maintained. Could use some more fans or AC especially in the bedrooms.

Loved this property! Cozy but also roomy & updated kitchen. View of Lake Ontario was breath-taking and back deck/yard was even better than the pictures! Breezes off the lake were wonderful. This is a well run rental. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and great towels, The kitchen is well appointed. Brandon was super easy to deal with. great communication and prompt rely with questions.

We stayed here to be close to where my sister has her camp site. The house fit us perfectly in terms of size of our family. Air conditioning would have made the stay more comfortable as it was hot. Cleaning service probably needs more direction as we did a lot of our own cleaning. Including washing the comforters. Add a screen to kitchen window. We could not open because of no screen. Sweep the deck. Lots of cobwebs. Thanks to owner for giving us a new set of pots and pans. Would also recommend inventory of what’s in the kitchen. Could use more silverware. Thanks for being so responsive to our needs and questions.
