The layout is very comfortable for everyone wanting to be together while sitting by the fireplace with a nice glass of wine, cooking in the kitchen, or having a great meal at the dining room table. All you have to do is simply look out the windows and enjoy the lights of the slopes at Holiday Valley in the evening. Also over in the corner next to the French doors is a Beautiful Bar with 4 very comfortable stools to enjoy your favorite drink or talk about all the wonderful memories you are creating in Ellicottville. Enjoy the view from the living Room Windows and watch the skiers glide down Holiday Valley's Sunrise Slope. The Royal Suite has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds that sleeps a total of 8. There is the capacity for 2 more guests if you decide to use the Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Please bring your own bedding for the sleeper sofa if you are utilizing it for an added sleeping area. The Royal Master has a King Sleigh bed.
