Stayed Feb 13, 2026The owner's of this cottage are wonderful! This is our second time staying here and we love it. It is cozy and just what wanted. The hot tub is well maintained and the walk to the village is under a mile. We will definitely be back next year period.

Stayed Feb 5, 2026Really cute cottage that is separate from the main inn. Very close proximity to the hot tub--which was great in the cold! The little fridge had some juice, water and yogurts for us to enjoy. The policy of the inn is to cook a hot breakfast for you on the day you depart, and it was lovely. The hosts are a very welcoming and kind couple. We would stay again!

Stayed Jan 16, 2026You will not be disappointed with the Kennedy Cottage at Saisons Inn. The cottage is perfect, and the location is convenient to Holiday Valley ski resort. Spacious, well equipped, and there is a hot tub to relax after a day on the slopes. Deborah and Jean-Yves are terrific hosts. Jean-Yves stayed up late the night of our arrival to welcome us.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Sweet cozy cottage with an amazing host!! The property owners were more than accommodating and very sweet! The hot tub was huge- great for relaxing. On the day of checkout the husband and wife team made a spectacular home cooked breakfast and were so nice. I would absolutely recommend this property and I will definitely be going back!

Stayed Jan 24, 2025Will absolutely book again! Perfect location in proximity to both downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort. The personal touches in the suite made it an even nicer stay! Hot tub worked great, and we have already discussed booking in the summer to check out the pool!
