The Atlantic ocean beaches with wide stretches of beautiful white sand are just a 10 min drive away. Guests are invited to share our garden and non-heated salt water pool with us. Accommodation up to 2 people and we have a strict No-pet policy.brbrThe spacebrA separate small guest cottage 50 meters from the main house, with a separate private entry if you wish to use a side door, but we encourage you to use our main backyard fence gate. The property is gated, quiet & beautifully kept. The cottage is located next to our large pool, with plenty of separation from the main house. The stained glass window facing the garden, French doors to the pool, and high ceilings all combine to create beautiful mornings no matter what the weather. The cottage main room has a queen size bed, with lounge chairs and a table next to the windows. The attached modern bathroom is fitted with a rain shower head, and beautiful fixtures. There’s no kitchen but you will have a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and an iron in the closet. There is free on-site parking in the driveway nook. All windows have curtains for your privacy and good sleep.brbrGuest accessbrGuests have full access to everything in their suite, as well as the backyard, the gardens, the pool with lounge chairs. And guest privacy is absolutely respected at all times. We work from home with no kids or pets. We are available to answer any questions in person. The home is minutes to ocean or bay beaches, shopping, and restaurants. brbrThe house sits on over an acre of land adjacent to the 1000-acre Long Pond Greenbelt, a 7 mile north-south corridor of ponds, streams and adjacent upland areas. Out back is a wooden deck, an in-ground heated pool, outdoor shower and a pool house. The pool is heated and sits in sun all day. There are 9 lounge chairs, 4 umbrellas and a large teak table that seats 12. The first floor includes a newly renovated gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero/Wolf/Cove appliances, new breakfast room seats 6, dining area seats 8, living room with cathedral ceiling, powder room and large master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms has been expanded with cathedral ceiling and newly added bathroom, ensuite if desired or available to all bedrooms.
