The house is a cute and well kept 3 BR gambrel with all bedrooms and large bath upstairs. 1st floor is large eat-in kitchen open to large family room with sliders to screened in porch. There is also an open deck on the 2nd floor. This is a very family friendly neighborhood comprised of owner occupied homes and rental properties. There is a private road that runs along the water which is perfect for walks along the lake, bike rides, or pushing a stroller. brIf you have a boat, there is also dock space available for a nominal fee.
