Ossipee Lake Front-Beautiful Views,100 ft Private Sandy beach, with Pontoon boat

This was our 3rd year at this wonderful home and we will be returning next year (by unanimous vote of my family). The home and cottage is perfect for my family who range in number between 10 and 16, depending on work schedules. Age range is 13 to 72. There is something for everyone. The beach is immaculate - pontoon boat to take us to sand bar volleyball and sunset cruises. The home is extremely well kept. Kim and Jeff take pride in maintaining all areas within the property. Any questions, just call the property manager, he knows EVERYTHING about the house and the area. Lots of hiking spots near-by, which is a favorite activity of my family. We don't eat out much because no one wants to leave to got to a restaurant, would much rather eat at home and sit around a campfire. Highly recommend this home to all multi-generational and larger families.

Our extended family just finished our 4th visit to the Lake House. It once again was such a great experience, everyone had a great time. Jeff and Kim do a great job of making sure that everything that is needed for a Lake vacation is there, and there is no need to leave the house. Between the great beach, kayaks, swim dock, and pontoon boat it kept our 10 kids busy all day every day. We would recommend the Lake House to anyone!

This was our fourth year in a row staying at this great house on Lake Ossipee. Jeff and Kim really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The house has absolutely everything you could need (including the pontoon, kayaks, canoe, etc.), and is on a perfect spot on the lake. Great views, while also on a channel that keeps things nice and quiet. Thanks again Jeff and Kim!

This fabulous lake house was the perfect setting for our extended family vacation. Every thing is clean and very organized from the moment you walk in. The owners provide an information note book that answers questions you didn't even know you had! We had ages from 3 to 70+ and all were completely engaged. With the Beach, floating dock, kayaks, pontoon boat and hot tub, nobody ever asked to go anywhere! I would indeed recommend this property to anyone.

We arrived for our 2nd year in a row to find the house, cottage and property just as great as we remembered from the year before. Even better actually since the owners, Jeff and Kim, had made improvements during the past year. We had everything we could need for a great stay. A clean house, room for us to spread out or gather, countless amenities, and the beach. Who could ask for more? We'll definitely be returning! The kids won't have it any other way...

Last year when we started looking for a house to accommodate multiple families we came across this gem. Everything was wonderful - from our initial contact with Jeff and Kim to the lovely followup call we had with Jeff after our stay. We rented both the main house and the cottage and could not have been happier. All of the amenities were exactly as promised. The house was clean, well stocked with linens and towels, and the beach and surrounding patio area were wonderful. The kids - and adults - had plenty to do and started clamoring for a return next year, which we have already booked. Jeff and Kim thought of everything, right down to the lovely welcome gift upon our arrival. We highly recommend this home for your family and friends!

This was, by far, the nicest lake house that I have ever rented for my large (16) family. Three generations thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience. Jeff and Kim have provided an atmosphere of fun and relaxation. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The pontoon was a bonus treat. This home is so clean, bright and welcoming. It was a unanimous vote that we return next summer, so I have already booked our stay - something to look forward to!

Jeff and Kim have an an unbelievable home to rent for those wishing to have a true lake vacation. We had rented the past two years missing this year due to other obligations; us and our extended family truly missed the Lake House this summer. It truly has everything a large family would need for a vacation. The location, beach, boats, and all other other unlisted amenities were unparalleled. The owners Jeff and Kim were involved and wanted to make sure the family had a great time. We have great memories and look forward to more. The pictures do not do the location and overall set-up of the house justice. I would recommend this house to any looking for a family vacation on a lake.

This piece of property was everything my family and I were looking for and more. I rented this property because of the previous phenomenal reviews, and to be honest those didn't even do it justice. My family and I were blown away upon arrival because it was even better than expected.The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. My group of 10 was extremely comfortable as well as completely satisfied. We had a BBQ in which we had more family visit and this property was able to accommodate everything and everyone The view from the back porch is beautiful and all the activities you can do at the lake are even better. I would 100% rent this property again as well as recommend it to a friend. The owner is a truly professional and nice individual. Thank you again!

We had two families that stayed at The Lake House this August. What a great spot! So much to do, the house really had it all. We had a total of 5 adults and 4 kids ranging from 6-13, and everyone had a blast. There was something for everyone, from hanging out on the dock or beach, to paddling around on the kayaks, paddle board and canoe, and touring around on the pontoon boat (not to mention the hot tub and all the games in the garage area for the kids!). We also rented a ski boat for the week from Lakefront Landing Marina on the lake and had a great experience with Mark there as well. Views from the back deck are fantastic, and the house is beautiful and has everything you could need for a great vacation. The fact the house comes with linens and towels even makes packing for the trip that much easier. Big thanks to Jeff and Kim, we'll be back next year!
