Our townhouse is 3 floors and 1600 sq ft. It features 2 bedrooms plus a loft, and sleeps up to 7 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath and requires a full flight of stairs to access. The lower level has a queen size bed, bunk bed, full bath and private walk out, and requires a full flight of stairs to access. The loft overlooking the living room has a full size bed (which is listed as “Bedroom 3”) and has an attached “loft ladder” to access. (Please note, this ladder may be steep and unsuitable for some individuals.) There is no common bathroom in the main level. Bathrooms are located both downstairs and upstairs through the bedrooms. Sunroom with high top table for 4 people. There is no air conditioning in this room, but there are 2 electric heaters for the winter. The back deck has a patio table with umbrella which seats 6, plus 4 other seats and a gas grill below the deck. Full kitchen has all the amenities/appliances you need. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig with k-cups, drip coffee pot, tea bags, kettle, pots & pans, blender, toaster, dishes, drinkware, etc.brThere is a Washer/Dryer on lower level. Mini split AC and kerosene heater. Free Wi-Fi, 50” Smart TV, Land line. There is a remote on the coffee table to control the multi-color LED lights throughout the townhome and deck. brbrNo smoking. No Pets. No motorcycles. Boats may use the drop off dock for 30 mins or less, but may not dock or moor their boat on the property. (Details below). There is plenty of parking in the driveway.brbrThe house is outfitted with smart lock technology so no keys to exchange or carry around while you're visiting. We will give you a code after booking to use while renting. We are happy to chat if you have any questions or would like local recommendations (house guest book has lots of tips & tricks, as well)!brbrWe love the peacefulness and that a 10-20 minute ride in any direction gets you to restaurants, bars, wineries, beaches, mountains, etc.brbrIn general, the Lakes Region has some hilly areas. The Lakes Region Log Cabin has a flat driveway but does require maneuvering some hills to get to the house. Please keep this in mind if you're booking in the Winter; some cars may struggle on the snowy roads.brbrDriving is the best way to get around. Biking is definitely possible if you want a hilly workout!brbrAt this time, we only accept renters who have a positive review on AirBnB.brbrThe house is in a neighborhood so house rules state quiet hours (i.e. no music) outdoors starting at 9pm.brbrIn the Summer (May through September), our landscaping company visits bi-weekly to keep the yard clean for guests. brbrOur waste management company visits bi-weekly on Friday mornings to empty the dumpster in the driveway. We share the dumpster with one of our neighboring houses so you may see them walking through our connecting wooded area to use it.

The long driveway offers ample dedicated parking for small or large vehicles (8 max), along with any trailers. brbrThe main level offers a grand entry, fully equipped kitchen w/ pantry, breakfast bar (seating 3), breakfast nook (seating 6), family room, formal dining room (seating for 12), half bath, living room w/ gas fireplace, bunk room (sleeps 6), and ensuite king bedroom with pull out twin couch.brbrThe walkout ground level offers a split bedroom floor plan, offering an additional layer of privacy. A king room occupies one end of the floor. This spacious room also has a pull out sofa bed that will sleep two comfortably. Located on the other end of this floor is a spacious double Queen bedroom ( two Queens), and a Queen with twin pullout sofa. Two full bathrooms are located on each wing. A well planned game room compliments this floor with billiard table, foosball table, shuffle board, arcade games, and a full bar. The massive stone fireplace sets the stage for brisk nights and cozy winter stays. A private office meets the needs of any work demands. brbrThe Oasis offers a picturesque outdoor space to truly relax and enjoy your vacation.
