There's great entertaining space on the 1st floor, a large deck area for outdoor fund, and the finished basement has a 65 inch T.V. for all their entertainment needs.brbrCan we cook at Lily Pad? brbrYes! You'll love the flexibility of being able to go out or stay in to cook. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils. If you're unsure about what we might have, ask us. The range and oven give you the ability to whip up a meal for six or a beautiful brunch to be enjoyed on the deck. You'll have no problem feeding the hungry vacationers. brbrWe provide a coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave. brbrShould I bring linens or towels? brbrNobody wants to travel with their sheets and pillowcases. Our linens will rival any hotel, and our cleaning crew will take care of everything when you leave. We provide linens for all beds, and we wash every piece of bedding before your visit. We'll also make sure there are plenty of towels for everyone. brbrWhat's the television/movie situation? brbrT.V. is optional on the lake, but you won't miss anything on our on the 55 inch Samsung Frame T.V. in the living room. Don't feel like watching T.V. select some art to view while enjoying your stay. We also have a 65 inch HDTV downstairs with access to Netflix, and streaming apps. brbrWhat kind of experience can my pet expect? br`brWe love dogs and understand how hard it can be to travel when you have to leave your furry friends at home. Bring them along to enjoy the fun! brbrPlease note: The outside of the house is monitored by video.brbrGuest Access:brGuest will have access to the entire house, three season porch, finished basement, and garage. brbrPlease note that to access the basement you must walk through the garage. The garage is not heated.brbrThe Neighborhood:brThe Lily Pad is located in one of the most desirable locations in New Hampshire. With easy access to Ragged Mountain, New London and the surrounding towns you'll have plenty of opportunities for adventure.brbrGetting Around:brCar, Boots, Sandals, Snowmobile, Snow Shoes, are the preferred modes of transportation here. Bring any or all and enjoy.brbrOther Things to Note:brQuiet hours in this location start at 10 p.m. and are strictly enforced. Please note that any violation of this rule will be reported to the authorities by local residents. Violations will result in loss of security deposit, eviction, and loss of nightly rates. brbrThere is direct access to the lake at this location but due to the condition of the sand underneath it is difficult to swim. We do not recommend direct swimming at this location. The best swimming is a short walk down the rail trail at the Highland Lake Beach. You can easily launch a stand up paddle board, kayak, or canoe. brbrThere is a steep hill leading down to the waterfront. People with mobility issues may have difficultly walking up and down the hill. brbrThe finished basement access requires that guests leave the house and walk through the attached garage. The garage is not heated. The bathroom in this space does not have a shower, it has a tub only. brbrThe three season porch overlooking the lake does not have heat. Although it will be available for use during the winter, we do not recommend using it as a living space. brbrThere are two portable A/C units one for the master bedroom and one that can be used in the dining space. There is not air conditioning in any other space in the house. brbrBy booking this stay, all guests release the management company and owner of the property from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.brbrInteraction with Guests:brWe like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay but we're always available.
