A wooden highchair is available if needed. There is a full bathroom and a separate laundry room.brbrThe large kitchen is fully equipped and includes appliances and seating for four at the peninsula. Perched at the top of Gunstock Acres with breathtaking lake and mountain views, the custom home was built in 2021 and offers luxury living at its finest. The minute you make your way up the driveway, you'll know you've arrived!brbrThe home is situated on 2 acres of land and offers two floors of living space. The upper floor gives you a great room with gourmet kitchen, dining for your whole group and living area with gas fireplace. The high ceiling and wall of glass make for breathtaking views. 4 sliders in this room will lead you to the massive deck where you can relax over a meal while wondering how you got so lucky as to find this gem. Be the envy of all your friends when you post your photos showcasing your vista overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee and the mountains beyond. The primary suite is on this floor as well as another bedroom with en suite. A powder room, TV room with comfy couches for relaxing with a movie after your day of fun and game room complete with pool table and dart board rounds off the upper level. Back down on the main level you will find two more bedrooms with their own baths and a laundry room. As you meander outside, you will gaze upon the heated salt-water pool and hot tub. We are located in the heart of Gilford NH, the Music pavilion is 1 mile away, Ellacoya State Park and Beach is a short 10 minutue walk. We are a block from the Glendale public boat launch so bring your boat, Kayak or Sup! We provide a free launch pass and have plenty of space to park your boat and trailer at the house. If you enjoy hiking, skiing, tubing, mountain biking this is your place! We are 2 miles from Gunstock Mountain which is a four-season mountain resort that offers year-around fun and adventure. Enjoy night skiing, tubing and great learn to ski packages. Ziplines, canopy tours, mountain coast for kids and adults are offered in the summer. Great restaurants are a short walk away. Locke Hill trails is a beautiful 1.8 mile hike 5 minutes away as well as the super popular Mount Major. Spend quality time with friends and family around the backyard firepit playing horse shoes or cooking of the grill.
