There is a living room with stone fireplace, dining room that seats ten and a kitchen with granite counter tops that seats four. The first floor also has a large screened-in porch that leads to the backyard stone patio, fire pit, grill and sand volleyball court. Two bedrooms (one with queen size bed and access to the porch and one with bunk beds with trundle), one full bathroom (shower) and one half bath with pedestal sink are also located on the first floor. There is also a washer/dryer.
