You do not need to use the crowded public Townline Beach; our home has private association beach rights. It is about a 4-5 minute walk or a 2 minute bike ride with the bikes we provide. The first floor features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, skylights and hardwood floors. There is a living room with stone fireplace, dining room that seats ten and a kitchen with granite counter tops that seats four. The first floor also has a large screened-in porch that leads to the backyard stone patio, fire pit, grill and sand volleyball court. Two bedrooms (one with queen size bed and access to the porch and one with bunk beds with trundle), one full bathroom (shower) and one half bath with pedestal sink are also located on the first floor. There is also a washer/dryer. (see below for 2nd floor description.)brbrbrbrbrSecond floor: The second floor consists of a large secluded bedroom with a queen size bed, a daybed with trundle and an attached full bath(shower).
