Queen master, full lower bunk with twin top and queen pull out sleeper. Enjoy the convenience of launching your boat near by or jumping on a ATV/ snowmobile trail, that is just within a few miles away. You can enjoy a bonfire in the backyard, which is beautifully landscaped. The cabin has a modern rustic feel, which was just totally renovated on the inside. Beautiful new kitchen, open to the living room. Internet available, local tv, Air/heat if needed. Plenty of parking. No pets. No smoking. Restaurants-bar, party store in area. Starting May 1 until September 14, we are only booking weekly rentals (Sunday to Sunday) unless it is from September 15 to May 1 there is a 2 night minimum. This cabin is my personal 3rd generation place. We have personal pictures of family memories. This is a rustic cabin with personal items. Many rentals are like hotel rooms - this is not . If you wish to rent a place that is only a rental on the lake, this is not it! It will not be perfect - toys from 3 generation are on display there. Most people love it! I don’t want you to rent my place and then complain because it’s not sterile enough. There are many renters who think it’s wonderful and try to return. If you are picky or finiky, wanting brand new towels and nothing personal left in our cabin, then please‼️ rent another Cabin‼️ We do not want another bad review because they expected differently or didn’t read the description. We very seriously considered discontinuing renting because of the 1 bad review. This is a perfect area for any water activities, walking, golf, snowmobiling, biking and just relaxing. There are 6+ golf courses in the area in addition to a small par 3 course in Houghton Lake. Also, there are miles and miles of snowmobile trails to enjoy! Grayling is only a 10 minute drive away, which is home to the beautiful AuSable River and plenty of activities including great food, fishing and canoeing. There are plenty of yard games in garage and a grill to use. Additionally, plenty of room in garage to store your toys you bring with you.
