Stayed Aug 15, 2025The home was as described, a bit broken up. The living room was really small, but they used all the extra room in the kitchen/dining room which was huge! A nice, large dining table AND a small 2 person round table by the window. The kids loved the pool table. The adults love the chairs and table on the deck. Good parking available. Plenty of room for all.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Our stay was amazing! Mom, Dad, and 3 daughters ages 12, 8, 7. Plenty of room and so many things to explore. We used Campbell's down the road to Kayak. Higgins lake state park is so close we visited there for a day trip. We golfed, and spent the rest of the time on the decks overlooking the gorgeous river.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Wonderful home for a peaceful getaway. Like previous guests have said the home is very well stocked. Large kitchen with everything you could need including coffee pots, coffee filters baking sheets, etc. bathrooms well stocked also with toilet paper soap, towels, all the essentials. Great backyard with fire pit and firewood provided. Can walk right out your back door with a tube and float down the river to the canoe livery about a 20 -25 minute float and then walk back to the house only a half a mile. Couldn’t ask for a better host. He answers very promptly and took care of any issues we had (AC went out and he had somebody there within 30 minutes to fix). Wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again. Highly recommend.

The house is spotless and well-equipped with all kitchen utensils, plates, cups, etc.Excellent communication with Bill, the property manager. All our emails and questions were answered as without any delays.We will not hesitate to rent this place for our future trips.
