The location on Higgins Lake is referred to as The Gold Coast because you can see both the sunrise and the sunset from our dock. The main house has 3 bedrooms, each with new comfortable mattresses to provide you with a great nights sleep. The master bedroom features a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen mattress, while the back bedroom has a King size bed. This back bedroom also has a closet that contains a washer and dryer. The living area has a sofa sleeper that will sleep an additional 2 guests.brIn addition to the main house, we have a charming bunkhouse with full bathroom, perfect for extra guests or providing a fun place for the kids. It has a custom made bunkbed featuring a full over a queen, sleeping a total of 4, as well as a sofa sleeper able to accommodate an additional 2 guests. There is also a microwave and refrigerator provided. PLEASE NOTE: FROM NOVEMBER 1 THRU APRIL 15 THE BUNKHOUSE DOES NOT HAVE RUNNING WATER.
