Higgins Lake House w/ Swimming Dock!

Lake house was beautiful! All the comforts of home. Everything in the home was well thought out. Kitchen lacks for nothing. Beds are super comfortable. Sunsets are stellar! The hosts welcome manual has all the questions you might have on “how does this work”addressed easily in the manual. I give the home 5 stars plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here with our two young boys and had the best time. This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever rented and everything was thoughtfully curated and appointed. There are beach towels, s’mores sticks, a fire pit, the most comfortable beds, and a kitchen with everything you need. Mike was a lovely host and was always available if we ever needed anything. We spent our days boating and fishing and our evenings outside enjoying a fire or a beautiful sunset. It was truly magical to be able to experience Higgins Lake with our boys, and we plan on returning next year as well.

Very nice! The cottage is recently remodeled and looks great. We loved the fire pit and beautiful sunsets on the lake. Very nice stay!

We loved our time at this trendy cottage that has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The view was great! We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at The Stargazer Lake House. Its such a cozy little spot and the owners have done a great job remodeling it. They have given much thought to every little detail. One of the best parts is that the kitchen was fully stocked. Not just random odds and ends. Fully stocked with high quality pieces. Not only was the house great but the views were amazing as well. We didn’t get much time on the water because Michigan weather was not on our side. But my husband and 4 year old braved the cold and waded all the way out to the red buoy and he thought that was so cool! If you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable lake house with great views then this is your spot. We had a great time!

Stayed at Stargazer during week before Memorial Day weekend. It’s really a well-done property. Wonderful view of the lake, absolutely perfect set up inside, including amenities for any cooking occasion, supplies, and comfort. Mike and Stephanie designed it very tastefully, with comfortable beds and pillows, excellent appliances, cozy fireplace, and outdoor grill and Firepit set up. We’ve stayed at multiple vacation rentals over the last 20 years—we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.

From the time we walked in until we left, we just kept discovering how thoughtfully arranged everything is in this home. It was meticulously clean. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. The sunset views and the stars were beyond beautiful. The lake was nice and shallow to wade out for quite a long ways from the dock. The owner stopped by personally to introduce himself and make sure all was going well with our stay. We cannot wait to returnreturn.comfortable.walshower is huge

We have rented many places, and this rental was perfect ! It was beautifully redone & very clean . Everything we needed was there & the owners were readily available to answer questions. Higgins Lake never disappoints !! We would definitely rent this property again !

Stargazer was beautiful and had all the touches to make our week a memorable one. The cottage had only the highest quality of furnishings and touches.

This property is amazing. It is super clean and had an abundance of amenities that you don't typically see in a rental, including laundry soap, zip lock bags and enough garbage bags and toilet paper! The owners have truly supplied everything, while supplying nice amenities like the Weber grill, Solo Stove firepit, and Ralph Lauren towels. The view from the living room windows is beautiful and Higgins Lake really is the best. We hope to stay again soon!

Stargazer is an absolutely beautiful home. It was clean, up-to-date, and had every accommodation needed. The check in was flawless The view of Higgins Lake was incredible. The hosts were easy to contact and responded to any questions in a very timely manner. I cannot recommend this home enough. I can’t wait to go back again!

We absolutely loved our time here. The cottage was very well remodeled with many high quality features. It was perfectly clean and we felt very comfortable. The view is incredible and the water area was very nice and a great spot for little kids to enjoy with the perfectly clear, shallow water with a sandy bottom. We hope to come back!
