This is a non-smoking resort. 2024 replaced loveseat mattress and cushions..32 in. flat screen/dvd TV..toaster ..coffee maker.. pots and pans, outside Adirondack white chairs and table. 2025 larger tile shower …new heater, exhaust fan, lights, water on demand, outside light. This has a new keyless entry…4 digit code. Parking is free outside your door...no steps .brNewly installed... Ludington Beach ..hard surface walk way to the waters edge... in three places.. Great for strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs! This cottage is ALL Electric..New smoke detector. new fire extinguisher. new mattress. I have We asked all guests to read the information/guidelines that I have inside our cottages. We do accept longer stays..if you thinking about traveling north we would like to accommodate you. Prepare to be transported back to the days of lumber barons as you enjoy modern 'rustic' luxury. Bordering hundreds of acres of state wet-lands, most mornings feature a mix of deer, rabbits, fox and any number of wild birds in the back yard. Log railings guard every stair and trees growing out of the floor bear the weight of this custom home overlooking the Pere Marquette River. Sleeping 12 people with no sleeper sofas, the lodge can easily accommodate multiple families, wedding parties and group retreats. Linens and towels provided for 14. Please bring your beach towels. Our favorite 'locals' beach is only 2 miles away.brbrA large log deck houses seating for all with a grill and hot tub. This is a wonderful place to sit over the river flats in the cool shade of evening. At the bottom of the stairs you will find a fire pit in the yard with room for all. S'mores anyone brbrThe gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with new high end appliances, utensils, place setting, pots and pans, etc. to serve your large party. This kitchen is a joy to cook in.brbrIn order to accommodate 14 guests we have combined the dining room and living room and what a 'great' room it has become! Whether you are enjoying the view, snuggling up to the fireplace or watching a game on the 42' flat screen, this room is hard to leave.brbrThe master bedroom, with a king size bed, is a log lined masterpiece. It features its own double bowl, double shower master bathroom.brbrThe ground floor features 2 more rooms. First is the den with a twin futon. This is a great spot to get away from the big screen and have a more private chat or turn on the 16' TV.brSecond is the Powder Room/Laundry. This is a cute 1/2 bath with full size laundry hiding in the closet.brbrSleeping quarters. The second floor houses 2 themed private bedrooms with queen/full size beds, 32' Roku TVs, dressers, lamps and linens. These bedrooms use a large full bathroom with a soaking tub.
