SPACIOUS TWO STORY CONDO -STUNNING LAKE VIEWS - INDOOR POOL - PLENTY OF ROOM!

This unit was in a building that I had stayed in the previous year; I enjoyed the location so much I rented this one as my niece was also staying in the prior unit with her family. I will say, the amenities were great; one of the best stocked/equipped kitchens I have ever had the pleasure of cooking in; and the furnishings were also plentiful (towels, tissue, toilet paper, etc). Great location, walking distance to the beach, the marina, and downtown. The jacuzzi tub was the only disappointment, as it did not work.

We absolutely loved our stay in the condo. It was a perfect location - rarely used the car as everything was walkable. It fit our family of five with three kids (ages 9, 6, 3). Library, park, children’s museum, restaurants, shops, live music, ice cream - all short walks. Beach is walkable too but a bit much for a 3 year old. The condo is very spacious and well stocked - more so than any place I’ve stayed at before. We used the indoor pool a lot - a great amenity when it was rainy. There was an issue with the AC at check in but the host worked promptly to resolve - always nice when the host cares and is communicative. We are looking forward to staying again!

Very nice condo. Great location. The view is stunning as described. Ludington is a wonderful area to visit. We would rent this condo again.

We all loved our stay at the Harbor Terrace Condo. Packing for the one week stay was much easier since so many things were provided. There was plenty of room for family members to gather and when needed spread out to have their own space. The teens enjoyed being near the Ludington activities and we all enjoyed the views of the Water Front Park, Harbor View Marina and, of course, the channel, the Lighthouse and the Big Lake. We are all looking forward to another stay.

Beautiful unique condo. The view was outstanding. Highly recommend this property!

This condo is is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing Harbor view including Carferry activity, Ludington Lighthouse and Lake Michigan. This condo is within walking distance of all of downtown Ludington and close enough to walk to Stearns Park if you do not feel like parking. Plenty of room to have a quiet place to read while other are playing board games etc.

Very nice unit; well stocked. Great view of marina and Lake Michigan. Would stay here again.

This is a really great place for an extended family group vacation. Plenty of comfortable furnishings & the best stocked pantry we have ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Problems first but it was settled fast. Beautiful condo and excellent location

My family had a great time. It’s located in the heart of town so we only drove when we needed groceries. We brought a boat and enjoyed the convenience of renting a slip in the marina across the street. The kids loved having a pool in the building. We’d consider this as a vacation rental again.
