Stayed Jul 12, 2025This was the perfect homebase for our family vacation with its proximity to town and the state park. It was clean and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of yard space. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit. The host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.A few other notes (none of these are deal breakers for us, but may deter others):There are no closets or dressers (luggage racks are provided). The bathroom is quite narrow.

Stayed Feb 10, 2025I would highly recommend staying here very clean. The host was very nice and very helpful on anything you needed the place comes with plenty of items to cook in the kitchen with towels, washcloth soap very nice outdoor grill

Stayed Sep 10, 2024Cozy Town Beach Cottage was perfect for our short getaway. It was comfy, CLEAN, cozy, and quiet. Its convenience to the beachfront, walking trails and local restaurants was ideal for us. The host was wonderful! There was a problem with the cable (local outage - not the host’s fault) and she responded immediately and stayed in communication until it was resolved. VERY HELPFUL!! We had a great time in Ludington!!
