The Beach House is an air conditioned guest house that is about 850 sq ft of living space that sits behind a main house on the property. Conveniently located within walking distance to Van's Beach (about 1.5 blocks away) or to the town of Leland, the Beach House is its own building with its own entrance (see pics). It’s a one bedroom with a new queen bed, washer and dryer, large bathroom and living space along with a sweet little kitchen equipped with a new microwave, new refrigerator,

Stayed Apr 30, 2026Where should I begin? From beginning to end, this place was perfect for two people! Within walking distance of “downtown” Leland and beaches! The host is communicative, friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! From detergent for laundry, to teas in the kitchen and a hair dryer just in case you forgot! We will be back!!! Thank you!!

Stayed Jul 12, 2023The house is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Just a couple of blocks to town & to the beach. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Everything is walkable. The house is handicapped-friendly, with plenty of space, a low-threshold step-in shower, and zero stairs. Owners are friendly and responsive to questions.

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Perfect house for 2 people! However, there is only a sidewalk between other 2 story house and ours. It worked out good for us as there wasn't anyone in the other house but could be less private if someone else was staying there too. The house was cute and walking distance to all downtown Leland locations. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed to find dirty coffee cups, dirty towels and couldn't get the TV to work! Overall a quiet neighborhood and okay stay for the couple nights we were there.
