That number is not to be exceeded at ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT- this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.br6.) Pets are not permitted. You will find all the essentials to make a great meal including knives, cookware, and utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a long wooden dining table able to accommodate 14 people and 3 bar stools next to it to serve your wonderful meals and share your highs and lows of the day. Outside the kitchen is an outdoor dining experience and a grill for those wonderful summer nights. The living area features a sectional couch and other fun chairs to gather the group. A bar cart is located on one side of the room and a cabinet full of games is located on the other. In the solarium there is two comfy chairs to enjoy coffee or tea in the morning and a little table for breakfast time or a small card game. Off of the living room is the master bedroom. This bedroom features an arched bed frame that connects to the architecture of the home. Two cozy seats sit across from the bed for early lounging and provide a space of peace and tranquility if you have a crazy crew. Next to the master is another bedroom with a queen bed and a funky mural providing a light and fun statement to the space. Across from this bedroom is a full bathroom stocked with all the essentials. Continue down the spiral lighthouse stairs another level and you will enter into the fun zone. A dramatic 86” TV with a premium sound bar is mounted on the wall in this area and the couches provide comfortable ample seating for the whole gang.
