Beautiful home in Picturesque setting just steps from Lake Michigan!

Absolutely beautiful house inside and out! We made the short walk down to the lake multiple times which was such a great perk. Excellent communication with the host to make checking in a breeze. Thank you for having us, we will be back!

Beautiful home! We had our annual old neighbor weekend trip. So glad we chose this location. The home was extremely clean and the grounds were spectacular. We will visit again and would recommend to others!

It was our fifth time we stayed at this home. We were as pleased with the house this time as the first. The house is very comfortable and the owner is extremely accommodating and welcoming. We are looking at when we will be able to return.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend there with extended family. The house has good quality furnishings and kitchenware. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and is a short 5 minute walk to the beach of Lake Michigan. The owner was very responsive and friendly when I had questions. I hope our travels bring us back here soon.

Home was lovely and accommodating.Location and scenery were wonderful and we enjoyed being able to take walks by the lake.Inside spaces were cozy for leisurely breakfasts.Only disappointment was that the cleanliness of the house was not super. Just needed a deep clean of things like dusty corners, dirty kitchen appliances and mildewed shower curtain.

This is our fourth or fifth time getaway to this house and we hope to be back in the Spring. It feels like home-away-from-home for our family of four. We always invite our parents and this time we were there long enough to dedicate one of the weekends to inviting friends. The house is always well-cared for; communication with host/owner is prompt, warm, and friendly; the front porch, firepit, and hot tub give you everything you need to get away. The floorplan for the main part of the house is perfect for making dinner, gathering, and also finding a nook for reading or napping.

Everything was perfect and just as described. Absolutely beautiful home and every detail was considered to make this a wonderful stay! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful getaway with plenty of space for everyone to visit and relax.

The house was clean, well appointed, and is well taken care of. The hot tub worked and was a very welcome addition after some of the long hikes and walks my wife and I went on. The front porch is the perfect place to sit early in the morning to read, drink coffee, and watch the wildlife. We say numerous deer while sitting on the porch. The area is absolutely beautiful and perfect for long walks. The host was very responsive leading up to our trip and we appreciate the condition the house was in for our stay.

My family checked in for a long weekend away before school starts for the kiddos. This cute little house fit the bill. Everyone had their own space and the house was well appointed for all our needs, cooking, relaxing and beach going. We liked it a lot. The kids had a great time hunting for bugs in the yard, and we enjoyed the beautiful porch and relaxing wooded surrounding. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home in a secluded wooded neighborhood a few blocks from Lake Michigan. The accommodations were first class with plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The property is only 15 minutes from Saugatuck/Douglas. The communication was excellent from the homeowner and we would definitely like to make a return visit in the near future. We highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of room in the basement for yoga. Close to wineries. Tucked away in the trees with a beautiful hot tub. Highly recommend this property. Will absolutely be back!!

Great location

For the fourth year we have spent time at this house during the holidays. The house is cozy and warm feeling. The 18 year old's wanted to make sure we were going back this last time. We hope we will be able to continue in the future as college and jobs will start interfering.

We had an incredible New Year’s Eve trip with a group of friends and our two small dogs! The house exceeded our expectations – it was fantastic. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could possibly need, including crockpots, large stock pots, and even popsicle molds. The Wii in the basement provided a night of fun, and the hot tub was absolutely amazing! A small tip: consider bringing a few extra towels so you can have dedicated ones for the hot tub and showers while rotating through the laundry. Overall, this was a perfect spot for a memorable getaway!

This was our second time staying here - it’s the perfect place for a fall getaway! The home is beautiful, clean, and has a lot of space to make yourself comfortable. The fenced in yard is great for our pups, too!

If you are looking for a quiet place with all the amenities in the Fennville/Saugatuck/Douglas area, then look no further! The house has everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. Property was just as described. Home was spacious and clean. Short walk to a park with bluff overlooking Lake MI. Fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. Easy drive to Saugatuck, yet far enough out for plenty of privacy. Highly recommended!

We have been renting this VRBO property every summer for a number of years. It has become a family tradition. We are always impressed with the cleanliness, privacy, and hominess. Property is always well stocked and in good working order. We hope to return for years to come! We are creating memories for sure!

This is easily the most well-appointed home we’ve rented. There is literally nothing the owners have forgotten to provide for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, the home has several grills, yard games and supplies to use. Perhaps most appreciated is dishwasher soap, washing machine detergent, trash bags and toilet paper are provided. Also, the cleanliness was top notch. All of this created such a cozy, welcoming environment. The location is so convenient. This was our first time to the Saugatuck area and we appreciated the peaceful setting in Fennville. We avoided the busy beaches and used the beach access at Westside County Park. It was a short 2 miles away and just perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay!
