The Living Room is at the front of the house and provides a relaxing space to hang out and read or watch TV and also has an electric fireplace. The dining area is off the Living Room and seats 6 with the bench added. TV's are both streaming TV's, there is no cable hook up. brbrThe Kitchen is fully stocked with the tools and appliances you will need to prepare meals for you and your guests. It is one mile south of Roadside park and one mile north of Hagar Park. These public beaches are surprisingly secluded and wooded in what guests have described as a diamond in the rough. There's plenty to do in both directions. We just installed a 3 way mini split heat and air and a new deck in front. We are NOT large enough for parties inside or outside. The hot tub and sauna are operable all year round and enjoyable even (maybe especially!) in the colder months. Some light snow or ice removal around the walkways surrounding amenities may be needed to be done by guests between professional snow removal for safety, comfort, and accessibility. The streets leading from town to the property may be difficult to drive through during large storms until crews can clear them.brbrWe regularly clean and clear the natural debris that falls from our surrounding tree canopy but you will likely see remnants of sap, acorns, pine needles, leaves, and sand from our sandy soil yard on our decks, outdoor furniture, and around the hot tub and sauna. This is a gorgeous 4-bedroom (4th bedroom is an open loft with sleeper sofas), 2 full-bath, fully air conditioned condo on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Between late June and mid-August, we accept one-week reservations on a Saturday to Saturday basis. brbrWe are located on a quiet, wooded property. The paved walking/golf cart path outside our front door takes you to a 1,000-foot wide sandy, private beach. The path is a bit steep and may be challenging for the elderly. We have a golf cart available for convenient transport to beach and swimming pool.brbrOther resort amenities include a large, in-ground heated pool and patio area, picnic area, fire pits, and an indoor common area w/laundry.br brThe main level of the condo features hardwood floors, a master suite w/queen bed, personal deck and full bath, and a full kitchen and dining room. From the spacious living room with 20-foot ceiling, a sliding patio door provides access to the huge deck on which you can take in the expansive lake view while grilling. brbrThe upper level has berber carpeting. The lake view bedroom has a queen bed & individual balcony. The back bedroom has a queen and twin bed, and an individual balcony with side view of lake, The loft has two sofas and a recliner chair. Fresh and fun 3 bed, 1 bath house halfway between South Haven and St. Joseph. Situated at the end of a neighborhood road, this house is the perfect place for your next family vacation. ¾ Mile to Roadside Park, the nearest public beach, and 2 miles to Hagar Park Beach, with a big playground and beautiful beach. Drive 10-15 minutes north or south to countless other beaches in South Haven and St. Joseph. brbrThe house has two bedrooms with KING SIZE BEDS and twin XL bunk beds in the third bedroom. The large kitchen has all the basics that you will need to save money by cooking at home including an instant pot and dishwasher. Fully stocked coffee bar has a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, ground coffee and pods, cream and sugar, as well as hot chocolate, oatmeal, huge assortment of tea, and even some snacks. Full size washer and dryer with free and clear detergent provided. There are tons of books, games, toys, and activities to keep everyone busy when you're not at the beach. Outside, enjoy the large yard, dinner out on the deck or s'mores around the fire pit. Rainy day No problem! Play, ping pong, air hockey, do a puzzle, play games, watch a movie, or do arts and crafts. We have you covered. brbrPlease note the following: The backyard does back up to a highway (196) so there is traffic noise from that, mostly during the day when you'll be at the beach. Inside the house it is barely audible. We have had no guests complain of the noise. brbrWe have well water. It has been tested recently and is completely safe to drink. There is, however, a sulfur smell that comes with well water. If you would rather not drink it, we provide a water cooler with filtered water. brbrAbsolutely no smoking or vaping on the property, inside or out.
