There are many are plenty of areas to either gather as a group, or, spread out for different activities. brbrThe main level is ideal for entertaining! It offers open living/dining and a large kitchen with an extra-long table that can fit 10-12 persons, half circular bench, a 50` TV, gas `flicker` fireplace, XL side-by-side fridge, XL gas range/oven, 12x20 ft balcony, and an 8-burner gas grill. brbrThe upper level has three bedrooms, including a luxury master bedroom large balcony with a full-size swing bed and a Jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. All three bedrooms have skylights. One additional full bath and the laundry room are on the upper level.brbrThe lower-level walkout has a modular sectional that can be configured as a two-person bed, table and chairs, and a 65` tv. There is a separate game room with air hockey, basketball arcade game, a gym mat, 58` tv, and a futon that can sleep one person. Coloma has so much charm and character and is perfectly located between Lake Paw Paw & Lake Michigan! brbrThe Cottage offers 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms - sleeping for 8 with 2 Queen Bedrooms and a Bunk Room with 4 Twin Beds. Two living spaces, a huge Family Room in the back of the house with a sectional and oversized chairs with a cozy electric fireplace and TV for relaxing along with a game cabinet. The Living Room is at the front of the house and provides a relaxing space to hang out and read or watch TV and also has an electric fireplace. The dining area is off the Living Room and seats 6 with the bench added. TV's are both streaming TV's, there is no cable hook up. brbrThe Kitchen is fully stocked with the tools and appliances you will need to prepare meals for you and your guests. Everyday dishes, China & Kid Friendly plastic dishes are available for your use. Pots, Pans, Baking Pans, Utensils, Serving Pieces, etc. are all supplied as well. An assortment of appliances including a Keurig (starter set of coffee pods, sweetener included), Drip Coffee Maker, Blender, Crock Pot and Mixer are provided as well. The Oven/Stove is electric and glass top, the Refrigerator includes an ice maker. A full spice rack, assortment of teas and a few other kitchen staples are available for your use as well. Please note that there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen. Snow removal in the walk ways, driveways, and around the spa and hot tub is completed by a private company and will be done as soon as possible during snowy and icy weather. The hot tub and sauna are operable all year round and enjoyable even (maybe especially!) in the colder months. Some light snow or ice removal around the walkways surrounding amenities may be needed to be done by guests between professional snow removal for safety, comfort, and accessibility. The streets leading from town to the property may be difficult to drive through during large storms until crews can clear them.brbrWe regularly clean and clear the natural debris that falls from our surrounding tree canopy but you will likely see remnants of sap, acorns, pine needles, leaves, and sand from our sandy soil yard on our decks, outdoor furniture, and around the hot tub and sauna. Nature is all around so bugs and wildlife are present — you’ll love the natural feel of our space!brbrWe’re a pet friendly home and love hosting fur friends. Drive 10-15 minutes north or south to countless other beaches in South Haven and St. Joseph. brbrThe house has two bedrooms with KING SIZE BEDS and twin XL bunk beds in the third bedroom. The large kitchen has all the basics that you will need to save money by cooking at home including an instant pot and dishwasher. Fully stocked coffee bar has a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French Press, ground coffee and pods, cream and sugar, as well as hot chocolate, oatmeal, huge assortment of tea, and even some snacks. Full size washer and dryer with free and clear detergent provided. There are tons of books, games, toys, and activities to keep everyone busy when you're not at the beach. Outside, enjoy the large yard, dinner out on the deck or s'mores around the fire pit. Rainy day No problem! Play, ping pong, air hockey, do a puzzle, play games, watch a movie, or do arts and crafts. We have you covered. brbrPlease note the following: The backyard does back up to a highway (196) so there is traffic noise from that, mostly during the day when you'll be at the beach. Inside the house it is barely audible. We have had no guests complain of the noise. brbrWe have well water. It has been tested recently and is completely safe to drink. There is, however, a sulfur smell that comes with well water.
