Guest access
You’ll have key code access to our door locks upon arrival.

Guests have full access to the entire acre lot including parking lot, home, porches (including table and chairs and grill), and surrounding yard and fire pits.

Spa, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor spaces are for private use of guests and are available year round.

Exterior basement is locked. Garage is inaccessible to guests but the spots next to it provide additional parking for vehicles.

Other things to note
Entire home & grounds are smoke free.

Our neighborhood outside Lake Michigan is made up of gravel roads and can require vehicles with four wheel access in the winter due to snow. Snow removal in the walk ways, driveways, and around the spa and hot tub is completed by a private company and will be done as soon as possible during snowy and icy weather. The hot tub and sauna are operable all year round and enjoyable even (maybe especially!) in the colder months. Some light snow or ice removal around the walkways surrounding amenities may be needed to be done by guests between professional snow removal for safety, comfort, and accessibility. The streets leading from town to the property may be difficult to drive through during large storms until crews can clear them.

We regularly clean and clear the natural debris that falls from our surrounding tree canopy but you will likely see remnants of sap, acorns, pine needles, leaves, and sand from our sandy soil yard on our decks, outdoor furniture, and around the hot tub and sauna. Nature is all around so bugs and wildlife are present — you’ll love the natural feel of our space!

We’re a pet friendly home and love hosting fur friends. Be sure to add your pet (one only) to your reservation and pay $100 pet fee. Pets should not be left alone in the home.
