This house was everything as listed and pictured. It was very clean in a nice neighborhood and walkable to downtown shops, eateries and galleries. The host was very accessible at all times and she answered my questions immediately. It's location was convenient to multiple attractions in the area. Stay here, you wont be disappointed!!

A Cool old house and we enjoyed our stay!!!

This house was perfect for our family of four. Kids loved the comfy beds, toy and game selection, and grassy yard to play in. The house is thoughtfully stocked with supplies and all needed basics. Centrally located for easy access to the beach, restaurants, and grocery. Check in was a breeze, and Jennie is friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in town. Thanks!

House is beautiful, beds are so comfortable, I slept in each day. Close to everything Alpena has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I were able to get away to Alpena for a few days, and what a great place this was. I had family move to Presque Isle, and this was a great location to be able to get in the car and go see them. Also not to far of a drive to Mackinac City/Bridge. Plenty of room to enjoy some family time with games, cards and a lot of laughing. We were able to take our dog and not have to worry about the expense of boarding him while gone. I would highly recommend this place for a great get away.

My husband and I took a trip to Alpena because we had never been there before and we are looking at places to move farther north. The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The hosts are very easy to do business with. We had a small issue in that we forgot to mention our dog was coming with us. The host was very gracious in our conversations about this oversight and we worked it out quickly. Additionally, they are more laid back than some hosts. There weren’t signs posted everywhere with rules to follow. Instead they provided a notebook with their expectations and helpful information about the house and the location. We would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.
