Niboban has a connector trail to ITS84, so guests may enjoy snowmobiling directly from their cabins - to nearly 150 miles of groomed trails, with connections to New Hampshire and Canada. Hammocks overlooking the lake and a private dock on the water invite you to relax and take in the beauty of the lake. We have two bedrooms both with new queen beds and upscale linens and down comforters. The sleeping porch has a double bed and the loft, accessed only by a ladder, has two twin mattress. The cottage was rebuilt in 2005 and offers rustic charm with some newer amenities including an oversized shower and a new washer dryer for convenience. We are open to welcoming one well-behaved pet after approval.
