There is an enclosed patio connected to the kitchen with additional seating. This is a great space to store your stroller and towels from the rain. A covered deck on the 2nd floor offers shade and a great view of the action on the street plus you can even see a partial view of the ocean. It’s also a great spot to play cards and watch the Thursday night fireworks! Brand new deck added to enjoy the outdoors where you can enjoy a drink sitting at the bar and hang your towels up! This condo was designed and renovated for us with an open floor plan so we could see the distant ocean view from one of the bedrooms as well as the kitchen and living room. It is on the third floor (no elevator). It is up four sets of stairs. It has parking space for two cars. It is an open concept modern-style unit. brbrThe kitchen we renovated to an open floor plan and we installed chocolate espresso kitchen cabinets, chrome granite countertops, with chrome faucets, pewter maple flooring, a fireplace, tile in the entryway and bathroom, lighting, windows, curtains and blinds. The condo has stainless steel kitchen appliances. brbrThe first bedroom has an open floor plan to the kitchen and living area. It does have curtains to close off the space, but no privacy wall. We wanted to see the ocean view from the bedroom. It has an air conditioner. brbrThe second bedroom has three twin beds and a large closet, a ceiling fan, but no air conditioner. brbrThere is one full bathroom with plenty of storage for personal items.brbrThe condo does not have a washer and dryer. It was located in the dining room area where we placed a large refrigerator freezer instead. When we renovated the condo our thoughts were that we could bring our laundry home to wash it or go the local Laundromat, since it is next to the grocery store. brbrSunset Terrace overlooks Memorial Park. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the fireworks over Palace Playland on Thursday nights during the summer. The ocean is behind the Playland and is visible from the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. There is often a cool ocean breeze. brbrThis building is one street away from Old Orchard Street, so it is walking distance to the beach, the Pier, the Playland, all restaurants, and the shops. It has two off-street parking spaces to the left of the building. For unit 9, one of your vehicles parks behind the other. It is located at 5 Sunset Drive, OOB.
