The unit is well located in the complex, as it’s close to the laundry room and heated pool. The unit does not include a washer and dryer, but the laundry center is just steps away. Beach chairs and towels are provided for our guests. Pet fee is $50 for one dog and $75 for two dogs. 50 lb. weight limit. Second bedroom has the same gorgeous view with two twin beds, flat screen tv, and another large closet. We have beach chairs and the sleeper sofa sheets in the closets.
