Enjoy your stay at THE HILLTOP HIDEOUT V, a 4 bed, 4 bath chalet, which is located directly above the famous Georgia Mountain Coaster inside of Helen, GA. Take advantage of the multiple attractions, state parks, wineries, breweries, food, fishing , and tubing. We named these Hilltop Hideout because they are located at the top of a hill, 1/4 mile from downtown. Walking to town is an option, but it can be steep. While walking up to the home you're greeted with a front porch with seating for your morning coffee or tea. When you first enter the home you're welcomed with a staircase that leads to two bedrooms upstairs. On the top level, you will find one room with two queen beds with a full bathroom, another room with one queen bed and two twin beds with a full bathroom. Each room has its own bathroom. Back on the main floor, you have your kitchen with a large dining room table, a living space with a fireplace, and an awesome GAME ROOM! There is a bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom on the main floor as well. You'll see another stair case that leads to the basement where you'll find the laundry room and a secondary living space with a POOL TABLE and some board games! You will also find another bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Enjoy two large COVERED patios. One patio is screened in with a table, tv, and sectional. The second has comfy seating and a hot tub!brbrDo you need more space Check out all 5 neighboring chalets! The Retreat in just a few blocks from downtown Helen, but away from the congestion. Featuring an open floor plan, high ceilings and a large deck overlooking the river, it's a perfect place for a large family gathering or a get away for three or four couples. Right next door we also have the two bedroom Helen Riverside Cabin, VRBO property #267883. If you have a really big family group, rent both and be side by side! There is a covered, screened sitting area, fire pit, horseshoe pitch, eight person outdoor dining table and more. There is a handicap ramp and the downstairs bathroom is handicapped equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a TV in each bedroom and a 50 flat screen TV in the living room. The maximum number of guests is eight adults. There is an extra full size bed, suitable for two additional children. The parking area is limited to a maximum of five cars. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside the house. For the security of the property and safety of our guests, there are security cameras outside the house, but there are absolutely no cameras inside. To avoid additional charges, please be accurate with the number of guests in your party when making your reservation.
