Cozy Cabin with Hot tub - Short walk to downtown. Roku tv.

Cabin was good except for the stink bugs that were n the kitchen

It was even better than the pictures suggest. We absolutely loved it here! Very cozy & comfortable. You feel like you’re secluded and away from it all, but really you’re so close to town! Loved the fire pit, wrap around porch, and true log cabin feel.

Cabin was very homey and comfortable. 15 minute walk to the downtown if you so choose but there was plenty of easy parking downtown (3 minutes by car).

Everything thing was great!

We came down for a couple days of uninterrupted time alone from life and kids. Upon entering it felt like home and we were able to fully relax and enjoy each others company. The cabin is perfect and secluded but if we wanted to walk, we could do that too. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Would stay there again

The house is amazing very close to everything and cozy. I recommend getting an electrical or gas heater for the outside.

The cabin was spacious, very clean and very quiet - there were a couple of other cabins fairly close by, but I didn't hear anything from them. Bonus points for the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again

Nice cozy cabin in the woods. Well maintained and private hottub. It's a short walk to downtown for adults but a little far for small children.

Good access to town but removed enough to grant privacy. Perfect for what we wanted. Nights around the fire and in the Hot Tub and days checking out the attractions and state parks.

We really loved this little cabin. We had such a fun time. It was close to downtown but wasn’t right in the middle of all the action which was really nice.It was very clean and the kitchen has basically anything you could need to cook. It was very cozy. The fireplace was great and the hosts were very kind.The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t an actual doorknob on the bedroom or bathroom doors. This isn’t really a big deal. There’s a latch on the inside when you go in. However, if you have a small child like we do who you might want to keep out of a room (specifically the bathroom), this can be a little tricky. This didn’t make our trip less wonderful in any way. It was still a 5/5 star stay. I would just consider bringing a removable tension gate next time.

The cabin was exactly as expected. It was close to town for walking. We had everything we needed except extra toilet paper. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. And a thank you to the host for accommodating a special request.

My son and I booked to check out Octoberfest for the first time and to see some of the waterfalls in the area. Dave was a great host. We had an issue when we first arrived. Dave was quick to reply to my request and quickly remedied the issue. The cabin is great and has all the amenities you need. We had a great time and enjoy our stay at the cabin.

What a nice cabin! The location is just at the end of the main strip. Beds were very comfortable. It's very dog friendly, including a gate on the deck so pets can walk around outside. Communication was wonderful. Messages were answered quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location with walking distance everywhere. The hot tub was very clean and hot upon arrival. I could actually smell the cleanliness of it. The cabin is small and cozy with privacy from the trees. The gas grill was very convenient! The wrap around porch is accommodating. They had board games to play.the a/c worked great! There is a firepit wiyh 6 chairs that was nice too.

Came up for a short weekend to enjoy Oktoberfest. Enjoyed our stay in our cozy cabin. It was clean and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Surrounded with the peaceful sounds of nature, but close enough to the town of Helen to enjoy all the festivities. The owners were quick to get back to us when communicated. We will definitely be back and recommend.

Properly was as described and clean. Hosts responded quickly to messages. Location was short drive to Helen and surrounding attractions but offered a private get away from the crowds. We enjoyed Cool River Tubing and Zipline, the mountain coaster, Nora Mill Granary, Nacoochee Antique Mall, and downtown Helen.

Had a wonderful time in the cabin! Check in was a breeze…just put in the code that was provided. The cabin provided all the necessities in each room. It is in as great location. The cabin was so very clean…spotless ! no dust, spider webs etc. we really enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting on the porch reading my book and looking into the lovely woods. We even saw a mama deer and her two babies at the end of our driveway. ! Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, very quiet area. Walking distance to downtown Helen..quiet wooded area with hot tub on deck. The kids loved the area close to tubing, horseback riding, hiking to falls..will definitely stay here again!! You wont be dissappointed!!

This was the perfect cabin for the three of us. My 9 year old son loved the loft. He and his dad enjoyed playing “Helen-opoly” which helped us learn more about the town. The hot tub was awesome. Everything was very clean. We arrived late the first night and it was very dark, but easily found the cabin thanks to the updated directions. Private and quiet, and still close to town.

This was our second time staying here. It works really well for our family, being walking distance to tubing and some of the stores and restaurants. A bit far from the center Helen, but that's a tradeoff for being in the woods. Thanks!

The cabin was amazing and the owners were very friendly and open to all communications if there were any problems. Luckily we didn’t have the first one. We loved it. Very accessible to town and easy to find.

Cabin was cute and very spacious. Very close to all the activities in Helen. We truly enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch in the morning and seeing deer and rabbits. I would absolutely come back!

Me my girlfriend and best friend wanted a cabin experience in Georgia for a buddy’s wedding and this was everything we imagined. A cozy cabin with great scenery and immersion in nature. Thank you again!

Cabin was clean and accomodating. Only issue was only one roll of toilet paper was available during a 4 night stay and one trash bag. Host charged extra for damage that was pre-existing on a decorative blanket that was never even touched by us. Falsely claimed that we brought out dead dog that caused the damage and refused to remove the 54 charge to replace the blanket we did not damage and could be easily repaired (about a 1 inch tear on their pictures). Will never recommend or use VRBO again. coul

The cabin was exactly as pictured. It's in a very good location, close to town but not in the middle of a crowded area. Helen has so much to do, my family and I had a great time!

The cabin is so cute and cozy. It was a short drive I to town for the little shops and restaurants. We saw deer both nights there. The cabin was clean and check in was easy.

Cabin is perfect for a couples weekend or family of 4. Very convenient walk to town. Cabin was clean, cozy and everything you need for a weekend in Helen. Really enjoyed the location, hot tub and our stay. 10/10, will be back!

nice area, and cabin.Could have used towels for dish drying instead of paper towels. Hot tub felt like it had sand in the bottom of the tub, may want to check this out.Otherwise we would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy cabin. The fire place was perfect, and the cabin had all the amenities that we needed. The hot tub was a big hit with the kids when it started to snow!

The cabin was amazing, it fit great for my family.Clean, super cute decorated and very comfortable.I loved the way that is super close to the twin, the groceries and at the same time, we experienced the mountain.We loved it.

The Christmas decor was so nice the kids loved it and the hot tub was great to enjoy. Very cozy place to relax after a long day. The only thing I would mention is that there is no sub flooring so footsteps throughout are quite noisy especially from the loft. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels and toilet paper was suppied but bring your own coffee/creamer! There is a k-cup and also traditional coffee maker. The plates/mugs are aged and have cracks and chips but we had a great stay overall. Cozy cabin! We never used the fireplace as the temperature was perfect throughout the stay.

Being up on top of the hill surrounded by woods is the perfect getaway. Then visiting the town in the evening with Christmas lights and drinking a hot coffee was very relaxing.

We had a really nice stay in this cozy cabin. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Helen's cute downtown area. The cabin was clean and had everything that we could need for a long weekend getaway. And so glad that we could bring our pup along with us.

The cabin was extremely clean. There were plenty of towels which was much appreciated. There was plenty of cookware which was clean and in good condition as well. We also appreciated the hot tub and fire pit area. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!
