Master toilet makes noises. A couple of doors need hinges tightened. Dining room table seriously needs tightened. Filter needed in frig. No light in fridge A couple of Glass windows in living room need handprints cleaned- disgusting for new guest

Stayed Jul 11, 2025This is the most beautiful property we have stayed at in Helen. We passed it on our river float for 3 years and it was never available until this summer. Close to everything and more than enough room for our family. Literally has everything you need. We will be back!!

Stayed Apr 28, 2025Location was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. We were not aware that the only access to the second story bedroom was a spiral staircase which was difficult for us to take up and bring down our luggage. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside areas however the chairs on the upper deck were not comfortable without some kind of cushion or pillow.

We were 4 couples celebrating one couple’s 50th anniversary. We had a great time! The fire pit was great! House was clean and well supplied. Would highly recommend!!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We had a wonderful November stay at this beautiful home in downtown Helen! The location was perfect—right on the river and within walking distance to everything in town. The house was well-crafted, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens, and the views were amazing. We especially loved the hot tub and fire pit, which made our evenings so relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again!
