I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful stay with Georgia Mountain Rental. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location couldn’t be better — it’s just a short, easy walk to the town of Helen, which made exploring the shops, restaurants, and attractions incredibly convenient. The combination of great service and such a perfect spot made this trip truly relaxing and enjoyable. I’d happily stay here again.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Very nice property. Stairs on the outside getting from where you park to the entrance are very small and somewhat dangerous. You can easily miss the bottom steps when going down. Very little lighting and the steps and landing are painted the same color. Also a problem with parking. We were required to display a parking permit in the window. We left several times, but when we came back all spaces were full. We had to park two streets over. We checked several of the cars parked in front of the building, at least 7 did not have permits displayed. Spoke to two people who said they parked there because all the public parking in the area was full and nobody was checking cars at this location.
