Viking Luxury Rental's invites you to one of the most unique riverfront homes in Helen — now featuring a private hot tub and covered pergola overlooking the Chattahoochee River.

Located directly on the river and just a short walk to downtown, this spacious multi-level home is designed for unforgettable group stays, with an incredible 2,688 sq ft covered outdoor entertainment area complete with string lights, fire pit, fireplace, bar, grill, and direct river access.

Unwindin the hot tub after a day exploring Helen, then gather under the pergola for drinks, games, and fireside evenings by the water.

Inside, the home features a dramatic two-story vaulted living space with large windows overlooking the river. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, and pool table — perfect for entertaining.

The home offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with king beds in every bedroom, along with vanity mirrors and large smart TVs for added comfort and convenience.

On the front of the house, the screened-in porch offers a cozy place to relax, read, or enjoy your morning coffee.

Beneath the home, the expansive covered entertainment area includes ring toss, cornhole, an extra refrigerator, bar setup, grill, and a large fireplace — all set along the river and surrounded by warm string lights.

Located within walking distance to downtown Helen, you can easily explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Betty’s Country Store.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. There are three locked closets (one on each floor) used for storage.

Love this house, clean, love the firplace and big couch, fun entertainment space down below, (firepit, hammock, corn hole etc), so many great details. Perfect location and has everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The hosts took the time and decorated the house for Christmas, as our stay was over the holiday. It was so sweet and thoughtful. The back yard on the river is truly the best part of the house. But the short walk to town, the layout of the property, the thoughtfulness of amenities and the checkin process was all wonderful.

Our group of 8 (fam of 4 and 2 friend couples) celebrated family and friendship of 20 years for 3 nights over NYE. The home was exactly what we were hoping for - spacious yet lots of nooks for privacy, wonderful kitchen (cooking=love to us) and amazing outdoor spaces for drinks around the fire next to the river, on the deck or in a hammock. We were within walking distance of main area of Helen yet separated by the river so we weren’t in the bustle of the NYE crowds. Noise levels at night are important as we have a variety of sleep habits in our crew, and we all very happy with the neighborhood as well as sound damping within the home. This was one of our favorite NYE events to date. Great location, wonderful home and perfect hosts.
