This quiet condo was completely remodeled, making it a comfy, cozy place to stay in Athens! Located on the first floor. Parking is available for 2 vehicles.brThis condo has a smart TV in the living room with streaming services, wifi connection, a small dining space, two bedrooms, and one full bath. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds while the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra guest or children. brThe modern farmhouse style kitchen includes a Keurig, microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, etc. Basic items such as coffee, sweetener, salt, pepper, cooking oil are provided.brbrWe have a highchair, pack n play, and baby bathtub upon request before arrival! We keep these items so that we can make sure they are sanitized after each use. While we do offer these items, please note that the condo is not baby proofed.
