Prime Location - Modern Studio - Walk Downtown Athens

Well decorated & the bed was comfortable. Within easy walking distance to so many good options for restaurants. Would stay here again.

I drove with my son from CT to GA for his senior year at UGA. We have stayed at many places in Athens the past several years, and this was BY FAR the best location! I did not need a car because the apartment was right in the center of the action. I am looking forward to bringing my husband next time!

Such a cute little place, the bed was super comfortable, it was pretty clean overall, they had a sound machine located next to the bed for the noisy street, but I slept like a baby. We had a concert at the George theater, and everything was in walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.!

The place is the perfect location and is very cute, but the mattress is awful. I don't think it's a real mattress, and the bed is small. Also there is no parking, you have to fight for a meter spot and stay on top of paying it. You can hear trucks all night, not quite sure how that many trucks need to back up (beeping) and unload things right there but it seemed like a ton.

We only stayed one night but the location was great despite some construction that closed some sidewalks. Well located within walking distance. Some parking would have been nice.

The best part of my stay was the room it's self. Stylishly decorated, with all amenities seen to, it was comfy and cozy. Only downside is the prime location. No private parking. But with everything you can want right outside your door it's forgiven. I'd stay again for sure!

We loved the studio vacation rental and the area of Athens that offers so much to see and do in this college town. Our single complaint was checking into the rental as the drop off zone was in a construction site so we had to park nearby in a lot and walk a few blocks with luggage and dog. The code for the front door to the complex didn’t work and as it was the same code for the elevator, we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage and dog. Once we entered the studio apartment, all was well and we enjoyed the interior as well as the local area with shops and restaurants!
