College Town Retreat! Close to UGA and Downtown!

Our stay was short but we found the unit clean and comfortable.

This was the second time staying at College Town. It is a great location and very convenient to downtown and stadium. A short Uber ride!! Also super convenient to Publix (for groceries) and Dunkin Donuts (for breakfast and coffee). The unit was very neat and clean. We stayed on a football weekend and the only drawback was loud music playing next door the night of the game. It was really loud from 1:30-3:00 am. But I expect that in a college town on game day. We really like this unit and would definitely stay again.

Check-in/check-out was super simple, location was great, stocked kitchen, and communication with owner were all great! Also clean and comfortable. We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so!

We really enjoyed our stay. Your home was exactly what we hoped it would be. We loved the location and how the neighborhood was so quiet. We would definitely stay again.

We were six adults, the oldest 85 (me) the youngest 32 for my granddaughter wedding. We had a great time, the townhouse was close enough to all the venues and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay!

No extra toilet paper (had to buy even though only stayed 2 nights) , body wash in both bathrooms low or empty but no extra supply. Downstairs mattresses uncomfortable with metal springs in them. Unable to open back door due to size of dryer. Multiple broken blinds. Check out instructions not on listing but were in 3 ring binder and included stripping beds and taking out trash but could not use back door to do it. Positive: two different types of coffee makers. Easy electronic lock. HVAC worked fine and had ceiling fans. Parking convenient. Plenty of towels.

My family and I stayed here for my niece's wedding. The place was spacious, very clean, and well stocked with amenities such as towels, soaps, detergents, and shampoo. The location is great, being very near to restaurants, 2 grocery stores, and gas station. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The owner answered any questions that we had promptly. I highly recommend!!!

Everything was fine, but there were 2 cockroaches in the living room. Kind of gross. Suggest you exterminate

We really enjoyed staying here, this space was perfect for our family. Upon walking inside, we felt welcome and the decor is so cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the dining and kitchen areas were spacious and well lit. We really enjoyed the Roku and living room space to relax.

This was the perfect spot for me and my family to stay. We were at a softball tournament at UGA. The place was close and convenient! Check in was easy! Would definitely recommend!

Once we located the house (we thought it was a business complex) we loved how easy it was to get in and out of the neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. House had everything we needed.

We stayed for one night while visiting with friends in the area but it was great! We loved having two bathrooms and the downstairs bedroom had a huge mirror so my daughter and her friends has plenty of room to get ready. Super simple check in/check out. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect for our needs; the upstairs master with en-siite bathroom and the downstairs bedroom with two double beds and a full bath made it just right for our group! The kitchen was well equipped and we really loved the proximity to campus. Hope to stay here again!

This is a great area to stay in. We come down to watch my daughter play softball and it’s not far from the field. We have stayed at another condo in this complex and both great! We will definitely stay there again!

Great curb appeal! Minor improvements needed — a few light bulbs were out but overall good one-two night stay. Close to college town so expect to embrace younger culture in the surrounding housing community. In town for concert and it was exactly what we needed - host was clear and communicated necessary information.

We had a great experience here! We stayed overnight for a UGA football game. We got there at midnight and left at 10:00 am so our stay was short. But the place was super cute and clean. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. Very convenient location to the UGA campus- easy Uber downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Property was ideal. Location near UGA and local shopping was perfect for the visit.

This house is perfect. The layout is amazing, the community is small and quiet. I lived and worked as a Deputy Sheriff in Athens, and this property totally exceeded my thoughts of the area. I now have a grandson and will be booking this property a lot.
