Downtown Athens Condo, Sanford Stadium Views, 12 Min Walk to Games

The condo was so cute and convenient to everything downtown. We absolutely loved our stay!

Everything about my stay was incredible. Great location. Great hospitality. Great communication with host. Easy access to campus. Walk everywhere in downtown area. Property was impeccably decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend if staying in Athens. Will definitely stay again.

The property owner was absolutely amazing. She was communicative and helpful and even helped me get into the condo whenever I was loading up my luggage and the coat on the door changed. A . I will be back!

The parking is the only downside it’s a little far to walk to bring you things inside especially if it’s several trips

Cutely decorated UGA themed condo that is centrally located in downtown Athens with many dining options and shopping within walking distance, as well as the stadium. Host was responsive and communicated all the information needed regarding checking in and out.

Beautiful well maintained apartment in the center of downtown! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location. easy check in. downstairs living space was well appointed, clean, retro vibe with record player and exposed brick. updated beautiful kitchen, great view, perfect for socializing. lots of plug in spots for chargers, alexa for music, and two big tvs . The upstairs loft bedroom was a bit of a challenge. While I love a firm memory foam mattress -this one is uncomfortably hard. the temperature control with the space cooler was inconsistent and unruly. despite using a sound machine, our sleep was interrupted by constant popping /creeping overhead and in the walls . never figured out what those noises were from! possibly the vent system? the owner was very good with communication and apologetic.

Such a cute place! The apartment was spotless! So nice to come into a very clean place. Comfy bed, too! If I’m back in town, I’ll be staying here.

The location was perfect for a conference I attended at the Classic Center downtown. Parked the car once and never needed it! The accommodations were immaculate and the hosts did so well with all the details. Thank you so much!

Great game weekend stay! Easy to check in and out. Location could not be better. We parked Friday and didn’t move the car until Sunday. Super clean and everything we needed was provided.

Stayed for parents weekend and loved the location. Perfectly situated in downtown Athens. The condo was nicely equipped and clean. Loved the record player and vinyl available.

We wish we were staying longer but arrived for a quick weekend. The condo is perfectly designed and well stocked for anything you would need during your stay.The location was perfect. We parked our car in the parking deck down the street and walked everywhere during the weekend. So much around the condo to do and across the street from campus.Jennifer was great to work with and extremely responsive! We will definitely stay here again!

The entrance and elevator are a bit shabby and ill kept. Our condo surpassed my expectations, as did the location. Jennifer was extremely helpful as I missed a couple of her well written instructions. My only suggestion for improvement would be to clean the windows. The fantastic view deserves clear glass. Nest time in Athens we will stay in 904.

The unit was just as advertised - super convenient to everything downtown and perfect for me and my wife while visiting our daughter for parents weekend.
