High Point 200 2BR/2BA Condo Near University Of Georgia Football And DT Athens

This home was fantastic. Clean, well decorated, great location, and as described on the site. Slept the 5 of us very comfortably and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Athens.

The parking easy. Close to everything. Host provided great recommendations for restaurants and areas of interest. Host also provided recommendations for golfing for the boys.

Kitchen was fully equipped and the property was as described! Would stay again.

This was the perfect stay for a UGA parents weekend. Short drive to everything at UGA (downtown and Milledge). Townhouse had everything we needed- super cute and clean! Owner responded very quickly and was an excellent host.

The condo was very clean with lots of amenities like towels, shampoo and bathing soap. I would stay here again anytime I’m in Athens.

This was a great place. Lots of sleeping space and the couch was very comfortable. Parking was convenient. Location was perfect for the State Botanical Gardens and UGA, as well as downtown Athens. Only complaint was that the lockbox was difficult to open!

This was a wonderful rental. It was a perfect location for a youth soccer tournment at fields very close by. Plenty of places near for meals, grocery store etc. Very happy and would stay again if the need would arise. Great job by the owners/host! Thanks.

From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and convenient. Check-in was smooth and the house, as welcoming as it could be. This duplex was perfect for our needs during our trip. All of the beds were very comfortable, and the condo was nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including some extras, like spices and plastic wrap. The bathrooms included full-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There were hand soaps at every sink. High end, linens and pillows were a big plus in all of the bedrooms. The living room had very comfortable furniture and a great big TV. The parking spaces were right outside our unit and very convenient. The outside patio was also nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to stay at this property again! Michael was a very responsive host and we appreciate his clear communication.

We had a great weekend stay at High Point 200. The check-in was easy, the host was responsive, and the home was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The overall experience was positive, with accurate listing photos, a quiet and convenient location, and reliable WiFi. It's close enough to the UGA campus, but not in the middle of town which made it quiet and nice to come back to. We felt the property offered good value and would recommend it for a hassle-free getaway.

Clean and well-maintained condo close to downtown Athens. Great for athletic events at the Ramsey student center. Plenty of room and well stocked.

Daughter and I were coming up for freshman orientation and found this condo not far from the school. Very last minute and were so thankful this condo was available. The owner was very nice and so thorough with explaining everything about the condo. It was very nicely decorated inside and plenty of room for many people to sleep comfortably. Parking was very close to the condo, which was great since was raining. Not a far drive from the college either. Will recommend this place to others.

Overall a nice little place to stay. We have 5 In our family and it fit us perfectly. The owner responds very quickly to messages which is nice also.
