Great Condo Available for an Athens Visit, very close to campus and downtown

Very convenient and clean. Nice condo and owner!

It was a much nicer option to a motel room when staying for several days. Fully furnished appt with a very nice manager. Manager reached out to me multiple times to be sure all was well. Very comfortable place to stay!

Convenient to downtown and UGA campus, property was clean, comfortable and our hosts were fantastic!

Property was fantastic. Very clean, check in was easy, great location, plenty of parking. Mary Ellen made us feel right at home.

Location was good for our needs. Some cleanliness issues.AC very noisy - primary bath exhaust fan also noisy and did not appear to do anything to remove the humidity from showering. Water heater made clunky noises also.

Mary Ellen is an exceptional host. Communication is prompt, warm, and welcoming. The condo is clean, comfortable and perfectly decorated for UGA fans! Every amenity to make a guest feel at home is provided. The condo is also within walking distance to The Farm Cart restaurant that feature homemade biscuits used to make delusional sandwiches. It is also a short drive to groceries, downtown and campus. Despite students living in the complex, we found our stay to be very quiet. The next time we are planning a visit to Athens, we will keep our fingers crossed the condo is available.

We really appreciated the home-away-from-home atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from restaurants and UGA, making it so easy to come back and relax between outings.The host’s communication was excellent, with very clear and easy-to-follow instructions, which we greatly appreciated.

The condo was very clean, well decorated and well supplied. Everything was thoughtfully provided, down to the extra keys, the extra coffee cups, and the extra snacks.

Mary Ellen was very communicative, and we walked into a house set at a comfortable temperature that was warm and welcoming.

The condo was well-maintained, clean, and close to everything in Athens. The Host checked in on us and was amenable to a late checkout. Will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. Mary was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything for a smooth check-in and stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Athens area and would love to stay here again in the future!

The condo was decorated nicely and extremely clean. Everything that we needed was provided and we were even greeted with a basket of snacks and information about the condo and town. The location was great- close to the main and north campus. I would definitely stay there again.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is the perfect option for visiting Athens. It is comfortable, a short drive to UGA, downtown Athens, and The Classic Center. It is also close to shopping and restaurants.

Stayed in Athens for a family event. Very convenient location, rooms and supplies exactly as described. Even a few tiny creamers for coffee which saved us a trip to Kroger, though it is very close.The balcony was just the right size to sit with a book or a beverage: 2 chairs and a table to set your things. Brought a dining chair out when all 3 of us were having a beverage. Thanks!!

We had the best time staying at this cute little condo in Athens. We toured UGA, went to a concert at Akins Ford Theater, and traveled over to Covington, GA for some site seeing. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We had everything we needed for our stay. Location could not have been more perfect!

Clean nicely decorated condo very close to campus. The owners checked on us to make sure we had all the info we needed for our stay and even left us some much appreciated goodies and water. Can’t go wrong with this rental!

The unit was perfect for our family of 3. It was clean, beautifully decorated (Go Dawgs) and a very convenient location.

So far this condo has been our favorite in Athens! Close to S. Milledge, UGA campus and downtown. Clean and nicely decorated (unless you are not a Dawg fan!!). Strongly recommend - we hope to stay here again.

Super convenient location - 10min drive to Ramsay enter on UGA campus. Also close to downtown, Kroger and Loaded Pizza. Easy check-in, thoughtful host. Clean. Everything worked.

My daughter and I visited Athens, GA for a swim meet. We picked this condo due to the location, the great reviews, and an accommodating host. The condo was nicely furnished, with comfortable furniture and beds, and a well supplied kitchen. Close to grocery stores, retail shops, and to sporting venues. Check in and check out was easy. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
