Large House, Room to Roam, 5BR Sleeps 12 in Athens

The house was perfect and Trisha was so helpful and made the process super easy. 10 of us came in to go to the Georgia game and everyone loved the house. Would definitely recommend booking!

Exactly as expected, we had a wonderful experience

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was just what we expected and wanted for our group. We had a mix of adults and six kids ranging in age of 8-15 years old. The large kitchen was great a space for all the adults to gather and prepare meals while the kids enjoyed the basement gaming area. The home was very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the outdoor space as well. The fire pit area was a big hit and we loved the walking trail. Over all this was the perfect house for our large group. Great location to UGA with easy access to get to the stadium. The host was very responsive with any questions we had! Absolutely perfect trip. GO DAWGS!!

Perfect place to celebrate UGA graduate! Enough for room for grandparents, aunt, uncle, cousin, and siblings. The house was perfectly stocked and easy to host and feed a large group. The owners were so easy to work with and helpful. We had a wonderful, memorable weekend! Thank you, Beardens!

We are Georgia fans snd brought out Carolina friends for the game! We had lots of kids and everything was perfect! The house was awesome- super clean- stocked with all the necessities! The kids had so much fun with all of the games /outdoor spaces to run and play! And it’s a straight shot to stadium- so you get the quietness of the country and are away from all the college craziness! It’s perfect for families! Thanks so much for having us!!!

We rented this home for a small family reunion (9 people) and to attend the UGA home game. This house was perfect for our 4 young grandkids who had a blast. First of all, the home is very spacious (even more so than the pictures would indicate). Secondly, there were tons of toys that the kids were welcomed to enjoy. There is also a huge yard with 2 playsets (swings, slides, see-saw, etc.) as well as a fire pit and hammock. Finally, there were numerous vehicles (bikes, trikes, scooter, etc.) in the garage for use. This was all greatly appreciated since the kids did not attend the football game and spent the entire weekend on the property. They did not run out of things to do. The house was very comfortable with ample seating for dining and lounging around. The kitchen had all the accessories we needed for our meals. All the bedding was comfortable and there were plenty of bedding arrangements to give us flexibility. Our host was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs. Upon arrival, there was a platter of cheese, crackers and fruit to welcome us as well as chocolates on our turned down bedding. This was not expected but certainly an appreciated nice touch. We highly recommend this rental and would rent again given the opportunity in the future.
