Our home is a 10 minute drive from the University and downtown Athens. A parking pass is included for UGA football weekends. brbrOn the first floor of the home you will find a large living room, dining room, kitchen, large breakfast room, and screened-in porch. The master bedroom with a king bed is also on the main level along with a guest bedroom with a queen bed and crib. Both bedrooms have newly renovated full baths attached. brbrOn the second floor there are three bedrooms and an upstairs living room. The first two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bath and the third bedroom has its own private bath.
