Stayed Mar 9, 2026Overall we had a great stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with almost everything one would need. Bathrooms were a bit small and the guest shower doesn’t get very much hot water at all. There aren’t any ceiling fans in any of the rooms nor was there any indirect lighting; it’s either pitch black at night or you’re under a flood light. I would suggest bringing a lamp or two and a small fan if you need moving air to sleep. Other than my small critiques it’s a quiet and lovely place to relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026House was super cute and perfect for what we needed. We were attending a concert at Akins Ford Arena and it was close to the venue for a quick Uber ride.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025We enjoyed our stay in this home in Athens. It was clean and had plenty of space inside for sleeping - 3 bedrooms with double beds. The two bathrooms were a little small, but they worked for our short stay in Athens. We had lots of parking space for cars and tailgating. A nice size yard for the kids to run around and a pet to have space to walk around. A nice kitchen and a table for meals. There is also a nice front porch where you can sit and read, relax or tailgate! It's located above Athens and is somewhat private, but close to everything. We enjoyed our stay!
