Athens Getaway, Walk to Downtown!

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Great property! All bedrooms have their own full bath which was great for privacy. Was in Athens for a family wedding. Each night we made great use of the outside firepit area.

We had a great weekend here! The house was spacious, clean and in a great location to town. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Athens and an incredibly comfortable stay. The accommodations were exquisite the proximity to campus and the walking trails into downtown was amazing. We appreciate the hospitality and would stay again.

This home is very will appointed. We enjoyed the different spaces and had plenty of room to spread out. This home's proximity to downtown is very convenient.We would definitely stay here again. The hosts are very organized and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the touch to little details. The bedding was very nice, bathroom amenities, including towels were above average. Kitchen was stocked perfectly.

Great place to stay in Athens!

Fantastic 2 night stay for 3 couples! The house was described perfectly, they had tons of thoughtful touches that made you say, “wow, they thought of everything!” Great location walking distance to Mama’s Boy cafe, close game day tail gate lot and walking trails connecting you to campus!

The location of this property is great! We were in town for a wedding in downtown Athens, and it was a quick Uber ride away. Everything was just as described in the listing and communication with the property manager could not have been easier. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Athens.

This property was amazing!!! Loved the layout, decor, and the backyard space. We were visiting Athens for work, and my colleagues and I stayed here. We loved it!!! It was peaceful and quiet, and the best part was that it was within walking distance to downtown. Loved it, and would love to stay again the next we’re in Athens!!!

This house is unbelievably cute and in the best location. You can walk the Firefly trail or Dudley park on your way to downtown or breakfast. House had everything we needed for a great Parents' Weeekend!

Wonderful hosts and a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect! Fenced yard was perfect for our dog with a park and trails right across the street.

The property is in a great location for walking to downtown. The back yard is set up perfect for grilling out…fire pit is perfect.

Great property, very well appointed and clean!

The property was well equipped, clean and safe. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and the fire pit looked very cozy but we did jot have time to take advantage on it.

We were in town to help our child move into the dorms The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do while visiting Athens
