If you wish to smoke, you must do so outside. On top of the refrigerator, you will find an ashtray – please use it instead of throwing any cigarette butts onto the ground. Outside of the fire pit, no fires (or fireworks or candles) are allowed since the Colorado air is too dry and it’s a wildfire risk. Firewood not included; must be purchased at stores nearby. There is a spare gas tank for the BBQ grill, in the storage shed.brbr*Hot Tub: Shower before entering & no food or drinks allowed. Please don't remove the sanitizing floater; it helps maintain the proper chemical levels.brbr*Pets: We love animals and you are welcome to bring up to 2, well-behaved pets with you. The backyard is fully-fenced in. We provide water / food bowls and one medium-sized bed. Animals are not allowed on any of the furniture, including beds, sofas, or chairs. Do not leave your pets unattended at home. Please be considerate of the neighbors and prevent excessive barking. To help offset cleaning costs, there is a $75 non-refundable fee if bringing any pets to the property.brbr*Kiddos: Children will feel at home here, but understand that the house is not “baby-proofed.” Please supervise children at all times and use your own discretion when deciding if the home will be suitable for your family.
