It includes, full bathroom with a specious shower, changing area and updated fixtures. As well as heating and air conditioning. You will find a nice lounge space in the backyard with fire pit, table and chairs. A brand new gas Grill available for your private use on the patio. There is also a separate recreation room and cigar lounge that maybe shared with other guests. There is corn hole, darts, ping pong a mini indoor basketball hoop as will as some board games. brThe land backs up to an orange orchard and wine vines just down the hill.
