Our family built this house in 1971 in the beautiful, quiet Dollar Point neighborhood. It is a very well-maintained home that has a renovated kitchen and upper level bathroom. This is a quiet, residential area that will make you feel like you're at home. Yet you are minutes from town, ski & board mountains, trails, water, golf, shopping and more. The house is built on a hill so you will always have a view of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Not to mention great sledding in the winter.
