My living quarters is on the opposite end of the house.brbrThis unit has its own patio entrance that leads out to a tropical landscaped garden with a panoramic distance of UCSB and the ocean.brbrThe bistro set on your patio provides a lovely peaceful setting for morning coffee and light meals or relax and unwind during the evening.brbrThe bedroom is 15'x12' and the kitchenette area is 5'x10', bathroom is 5'x11'.brbrIt has a queen bed and can accommodate up to three people. A twin bed is set up next to the queen bed by taking a chair out to make enough room.brbrThis unit is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and hot water kettle. There is no stove or oven. Attached to the bedroom is the master bathroom with a full shower. Please note that all spaces are designed with an open concept for a spacious feel, so instead of a solid bedroom door, the home features a privacy screen to separate the bedroom from the living room. The La Mesa house is a registered home on the Mesa in Santa Barabara with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a patio and garage with laundry and a pool table. The driveway handles 2 cars, but supermarket shopping, coffee and pizza cafes are walkable: just 2 blocks away. So is beach access (10 blocks to the stairs down). SBCC is 1.7miles, La Mesa Park just around the corner and all of downtown and the harbor areas are within 5 minutes drive.brbrCentrally located on the Santa Barbara Mesa, this home is walking distance to coffee shops, health food store, Supermarket and more. Also just 2 blocks to the La Mesa Park with kids play and sweeping ocean views.brThis home is also a 5 minute ride to SBCC on the Mesa.brbrRide down on Carrillo to downtown in 5 minutes as well and enjoy the walking street of State Street, with many restaurants and shops to enjoy. There is a host of restaurants, clubs and shopping as you park and walk on State St. If you go up State to the 1300 block the interesting areas of State culminate at the Arlington Theater. A rich and historic theater which premiered many a movie in the 30’s and 40’s, and now also hosts the SB International Movie Festival each year.
