Oceanfront Island View Gated Santa Barbara Villa

We just stayed here with a group of 10 and honestly nobody wanted to leave. The house was absolutely immaculate and spotless from top to bottom. Every detail of the home was beautifully designed inside and out, and the pictures truly do not do it justice.The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had every utensil and appliance you could possibly need. The pool was amazing, the movie room was incredible, and the entire property was extremely well maintained. You can tell the owners really care about the experience.The host was also incredibly accommodating and allowed us an early check in, which made everything so much easier for our group. The area was peaceful, beautiful, and everything about the stay was well documented and easy to navigate.Our whole family completely fell in love with this place and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect home for a large family or group getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and beautiful home. Great location, lovely pool and yard, and the media room was a big hit with the movie lovers in our family as were the fun snacks that were left for us. Home was very well equipped and a delight in every way. Rita, the hostess, was super helpful and always got right back to me when I had questions about the property. We hope to book it for another family getaway soon.

The villa exceeded all of my expectations. We had a private chef come in to cook and the kitchen had everything he needed and more. Beautifully decorated, amazing views, comfy beds, gracious host....we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

The home was as presented in the pictures. Elegant, luxurious, very well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The management company was gracious and attentive. Location was great for heading to downtown Santa Barbara and for wine tasting. We will certainly be back

Rita is a kind, accommodating host whose home is very well maintained. The ocean views are cinematic and the interior of the home is beautifully built, from construction quality to high grade finishes. Each room is plush yet refined and carefully thought out. The multiple lounge spaces make for a spacious stay and true California indoor/outdoor living. A one of a kind experience.

This property is absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you could want in terms of luxurious amounts of space and convenience. Our experience with the pool- all the toys and the shallow shelf on one end- was a delight. Our 18 month old and three year old could play safely without having to be held every moment. We would love to return.
