This is the best area in San Francisco and 2 minutes away offers free Ballet and Symphony concerts on Sundays at Stern Grove Park. There is a great shopping plaza Stonestown Mall, with new, top notch movie theater. Also, just a few a minutes away you have access to freeways 101 and 280. This is a centrally located property, access all neighborhoods and tourist attractions in just minutes!brbrCOVID conscious, the property is completely sterilized between guests. The interior was recently painted and the carpets cleaned. 10-minute walk to BART and the cross street is Mission which offers shopping and restaurants. There is a huge yard with lovely mature trees and seating. There is a deck off the master bedroom and a patio off of the downstairs bedroom. It's a light filled home with carpeting upstairs and hardwood floors downstairs. New washer and dryer on site. Updated kitchen. Separate dining & living room. No pets.br-This charming and bright well-maintained home has been updated with many new features.  The interior has just been painted and the rugs have been cleaned. The living room is carpeted and has a working fireplace, high ceilings with wood beams, and opens to the dining room.  The kitchen has been updated and has a gas stove and dishwasher.  There are two bedrooms on the main level - one has a built-in library, tv and shelving as well as a closet with a double bed.  The master bedroom with queen bed has a deck with French doors leading to a view and sitting area.  It has a smart TV in it. The bathroom has been remodeled and has 2 showers - both can be private.br-Downstairs there is another very large bright bedroom with full bed, dresser, armoire, chair and hardwood floors.  There is a half bathroom adjacent to the room off the garage and access to the yard is through a door in this bedroom.  The new washer and dryer are in the garage.  There is a lovely garden area with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the day.  Walk to Glen Park BART in 10 minutes or the Glen Park shopping area.  Mission Street is 1/2 block away.  This is a great family home which has been lovingly maintained.  No smoking.
