This beautiful property is the lower flat in a two unit building with a shared garage below. The owners live in the upstairs flat, but were quiet and respectful of our privacy, as we tried to be of theirs. There is a shared, fenced (secure) garden in back, which the owners did not use, and was perfect space for a quick potty break for our dogs. The home is decorated beautifully, and the location is ideal for walking to North Beach, Jackson Square, Chinatown, Pier 39 etc.
